Credit Key

Credit Key was undergoing a company restructuring, and the mobile app had at that point been delayed for a year. Customers had no easy way to access merchants integrated with Credit Key, and an even more difficult time using Credit Key as a line of credit.

I stepped into an interim PM role to help get the project back on track. I identified the core features necessary to launch a proper mobile experience that gave users access to their credit lines and preferred merchants.

I handed this work to the new Director of Product, and worked closely with him to deliver the V1 mobile app experience.

The app had one goal, which was to drive more ways for users to spend with Credit Key.

The mobile app sat in the company Figma draft for over a year before I took over. Within 3 months, I delivered a complete, up-to-date mobile experience that was ready for launch.
